Since 2018, exe has been continuously localizing the content of one of the world´s biggest manufacturers of premium and commercial cars. The client sends us vehicle documentation, such as user manuals, brochures, factory built sheets, as well as bits of software, such as display settings or the multimedia system (including the voice recognition software), on a daily basis.

The specific of this project is that content and translation is processed in an elaborated way using the STAR Transit translation tool and client´s proprietary software. During the preparation phase, we immediately realized that a deep understanding of this complex process is vital for both the Project Managers and the linguists. In order to successfully carry out the assignments, the PM team mastered the tool and trained dedicated linguists in it. We further put a support system in place, which ensures that our translators and revisers can focus on their work, and that the client stays informed of the progress of the assigned work and be alerted to any technical issues we may run into.

Over the years we have streamlined our internal processes and communication with the client so efficiently that we normally submit translations ahead of the deadline, even managing urgent assignments from morning to EOB (The End of the Business Day).
