We at exe are well aware of the fact that a high complementarity between the automated and human aspects is a very important factor for achieving a smooth-running quality management.
exe’s internal quality management and QA criteria have been compiled in line with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 17100:2015, for which exe is certified, and also with LISA/Microsoft QA standards. exe also always incorporates the QA requirements of particular clients into our processes.
Quality control and its continuous improvement has been an integral part of exe’s working processes since the beginning. It not only ensures the monitoring of every working step of every project from beginning to end, but also involves many other quality related tasks carried out before and after the immediate work done on a particular project.
Quality control is based on precisely defined procedures that include resource management and selection criteria (in-house team, freelancers, subcontractors), communication with clients and vendors, localization and translation, DTP, product testing, performance monitoring, and other tasks. Additionally, it defines performance criteria, QA criteria, issue management and escalation, the usage and assignment of supporting QA tools, and other related procedures.
exe is ready to demonstrate the details of its QA management upon request.
