Our mission is to maintain a high level of quality and to continuously strive for improvement.
Therefore, our employees have been selected very carefully and are experts in their fields. They are all required to have Masters degrees (quite a few possess PhD degrees as well), and at least two years experience in their relevant fields. All translators must be native speakers: no exceptions.
Our project managers (who remember the days of Trados 3, and now work with advanced cloud agile systems) have been coordinating projects successfully for more than 20 years. There is minimal turnover within our engineering team as well. They have been staying up-to-date with the most advanced tools since 1993.
